- Account Information: Username, encrypted password, user role (student, tutor, admin).

- Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser details, device type, operating system, and usage logs.

4. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Register and manage your NEBULA account

12. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
When used via an institution, BengySoft Systems operates as a Data Processor, and the institution is the Data Controller.
We process data based on the institution’s directives and in line with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
For independent users, BengySoft Systems acts as the Data Controller and processes data under direct user consent and applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. All updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
